Native English Speaking Teachers at Orange Language Center!

In our school, we have teachers from Russia, the UK, Ireland, USA, Australia, and Canada.
All Russian teachers working with us hold a higher specialized education and have extensive experience in pedagogy. Native speakers as a minimum are required to have completed a bachelor's degree in humanities plus a standard pedagogical certificate in Teaching English as a Foreign Language such as (TEFL (USA ), CELTA (CAMBRIDGE), TESOL (UK TRINITY COLLEGE). Moreover, some of our senior teachers are holders of more highly-specialized pedagogical certifications such as DELTA (CAMBRIDGE) and MA TESOL.  An important skill is also the ability to qualitatively prepare students for international exams for adults, adolescents, and children: TOEFL, IELTS, FCE, KET, PET. Over the years, our teachers have honed the skills of exam preparation and have successfully equipped students for these exams. The secret of our success is the four-step recruitment process: a primary interview, a written assignment on methodology, a practical task and a demo lesson. This careful selection process has allowed us to assemble a great team of charismatic and interactive professionals who are passionate about teaching English as a Foreign Language.
